hey guys I'm looking for a roommate in st kilda. I need someone to move in tomorow.we like to enjoying,playstation, drinking, cooking,going out ,talking some stuff.We are social friendly people.we are europian so everyone speak english at home thats cool.
about the house:
It's almost new executive apartment,The house is good, clean and very good location. There are trams to everywhere in front of the door.Close to the st kilda beach. 5 mins walk from the chapell street,
There will be in total two people in your room including you. Apartment is a big one .Noone is living in the living room.
New home well fully furnished with bathroom.All the furnished are new.
The room is a sub apartment with its own secure entrance
Very big bedroom, with attached shower/toilet and very huge Walk-in-Robe. You will be sharing with the cool, super friendly people.
If you wanna live with the local people area, beatufil house,people that would be good choice.
Dishwasher, Oven, Aircon, washer, 47" led tv, vacuum cleaner, microwave,
cattle, iron included. Your room has built-in wardrobe, two single beds. Just bring your suitcase and start enjoying your stay in a a very friendly company of people.
