Fantastic 80's polkadot party dress!
Black base with varying size white polkadots, super flattering boned and ruched bodice, and big bubble skirt with tulle inside the lining to add extra volume. Fully lined with white poly satin, can be worn strapless or halter-neck, the halter strap is attached with a snap at the centre bust, secured with white ykk nylon zipper along centre back.
