I have just purchased my own apartment and am unfortunately now having to move out of this beautiful place. To be kind to my current housemate I am helping her to fill the room... hopefully you will see the pics and fall in love with it as I first did more than a year and a half ago!
So a little about the place:
- it's in a great location and is a ground floor back of block 2 bedroom apartment (its quiet, away from street noise and stays super cool in summer!)
- the apartment is art deco and has high ceilings, wooden floorboards, central ducted heating and a beautifully renovated kitchen, the lounge room is also a great size! The pics attached are the sale pics from when it was sold prior to us moving in.
- the room on offer is huge with built in robes and it also has a study⁄sun room which could easily be used a mini retreat
- the room comes unfurnished and as I own the majority of the furniture (incl fridge⁄washing machine etc) anyone who has all these is more than welcome to bring them along!
- There is no offstreet parking with the place but we do have 1 permit for street parking available to go with the room (the other is currently used by Lee the existing housmate).
A little about who you will be sharing the apartment with:
- Her name is Lee and she is in her early 30's and is a massage⁄beauty therapist who works in South Melbourne and is currently studying natural health sciences.
- Lee currently works all day Saturdays which is great for those mon-fri peeps who like to have the house to themselves sometimes.
- Lee likes to chill, take it easy and is always up for a chat and a good laugh.
- If you're lucky she will even be able to offer discounted massages in your own loungeroom!!
The going rate:
- The room for a single person will be $260pw⁄$1,126pm
- The room for a couple will be $300pw⁄$1,300pm
- Bond is $1,046
- Bills are split as is the internet.
Available from 7⁄11⁄15 - this is negotiable dont hesitate to ask and we can see if we can work the date out!
