This is a private apartment located within a hotel complex but is not part of the hotel. It is fully furnished with, heating, AirCon, Large 42" TV on wall and DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a communal laundry with washing machines and dryers.
Secure car park is available under the building.
We have an agreement with the hotel to provide WIFI internet at reduced rates of
$5/day or $15/week or $50/month.
Location
St Kilda is one of Melbourne’s most famous suburbs. There is the Sunday art and craft market next to Luna Park. St Kilda beach pier provides panoramic views of the Melbourne skyline and is a popular destination. The studio is is also near beautiful Albert Park Lake location of the Gran Prix. You can stroll to fabulous shops, restaurants and cafés. Prahran shopping Centre is nearby for your convenience. The CBD is just minutes away by tram!
Conditions
1) Long Term Rates start from $350/week
2) Minimum stay is normally 14 days or less to fill gaps between bookings.
3) Discount to fill small gaps between bookings. Contact me for details.
4) Electricity fair use policy applies. Please use electricity sensibly and turn off appliances when not used. Electricity consumption is capped at $4 per day which is a lot more than required for normal use. Extra consumption will be charged at actual power company rates based on smart meter reading.
5) Wireless internet can be purchased at $15/week.
6) Cleaning fee is $100 per stay
7) Security bond is $1000. This is refunded at end of stay.
